Chick-Fil-A isn’t trying to hate anyone; they’re just applying the family values that S. Truett Cathy had to the entire corporation. They want to remain Biblical in their work, but they also want to remain family-friendly, so they won’t refuse service to any homosexuals. However, they will endorse companies and organizations that are against same-sex marriage as well.

If Chick-Fil-A really wanted to remain Biblical in their work, they’d honor The Golden Rule (not to mention that Commandment against lying) and if they’re going to allow an obscure passage in Leviticus determine their beliefs on civil rights and the fact the money of a certain percentage of their customers will work against their basic human rights, they should follow ALL of Leviticus, particularly that stuff about bacon. They are a restaurant chain, after all, you’d think the Bible would get a say on their dietary provisions.

Finally, bigotry (let alone unapologetic bigotry) is not “family-friendly” and certainly not a family value.
